Every person requires a tickets, 1 day to 100+ years old. 49 passengers per group. Not handicap accessible. Restroom onboard. Weather cancellations are made at the gate by the Captain unless it is an inevitable weather event. You will be notified by email & text if the tour is delayed or cancelled due to weather. If you do not hear from us, we are a go. If rescheduling isn’t an option, you will be refunded in the event of a tour being canceled due to weather. No CANCELLATIONS within 72 hours on special event tours.
Refund Policy:
Cancellations may be made (72) hours prior to the scheduled boat rental departure time without penalty. Cancellations between (25) and (72) hours prior to scheduled boat departure time shall be charged 50% of agreed upon price and refunded the other 50%. Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours and due to “NO SHOW” will not receive a refund.
